can someone help me i have a super bike style mini moto it has electric start its aquard to start and when its running after a few secs you need to keep reving it or it cuts out it also sometimes sounds like its short of fuel and when you get flat out its only doing aroud 15mph and making like a clogged up spluttering noise it does not clear and only stops the noise and goes slighly faster when you let off the throttle i have blew all the carb throttle fuel pipes and cleaned the engine with petrol inside still nothing different apart from it seemed to run right for about 30 secs then back to normal any help please thank you i have also tryed ajusting the gold screw
