Chinese mini moto manufacturers have started to produce higher powered bikes rather then your typical imported bike.
These bikes are being produced with high performance liquid cooled engines, capable of hitting speeds of 80 km/h as standard. The liquid cooled engines are superior to the air cooled versions as they allow the engine to stay cooler and therefore produce more power and speed.
The Chinese are also producing bikes with 'V' jar engines which have proven even more powerful again.
However it is not just the engines which are being improved upon, also the bikes are being 'geared up' with longer gearing kits, meaning that they can hit higher speeds and also with the use of a CVT system allow for alot smoother running.
Many manufacturers are also starting to make the frames out of aluminium, which means lighter frames, leading to better acceleration for these high powered bikes. Other components are also being made out of aluminium, such as hub caps and engines.
All these improvements mean that these bikes are not at all sluggish and the quality of the builds of the chinese bikes are definitely increasing which is great as they were renownded before for being cheap quality and unreliable.
A lot of these new bikes are also being fitted with double disks on the front of these bikes, for amazing stopping power. These bikes really are going to be incredible compared to the bikes which came before them, and the chinese are glad of this.
They are undergoing many changes in factories with higher quality checks on all their mini motos. With more thorough QC checks and also giving employees a further 2 weeks training when they start working in the factories.
