A pillion passenger on a mini moto who was involved in a crash on Friday was said to have already been involved in a similar accident just months before.
The first accident was in June when the victim ran from poilce uninjured and was caught later, but was not charged. The man left a second man injured.
The latest crash involved the same 17 year old victim on an unregistered Bossini 110cc mini bike ridden by a 22 year old.
Doctors initially feared the victim would lose his leg. The bike crashed into a Vauxhall Cavalier at 10.15 on Friday.
Neither of the riders were wearing a safety helmet or any protective clothing when they collided with the vehicle.
As a result of this the passenger is still in Hospital with severe head and leg injuries.
