A 21 year old male from Plymouth fled from Police on a mini moto carrying his 20 month year old child between the handlebars and the petrol tank.
Dean Clarke sped through Plymouth narrowly missing a bus before driving up a one way street the wrong way in order to escape police.
He finally crashed when the mini motos chain came off.
Clarke was told he 'showed a total disregard for traffic laws' by Sue Lawrence the chairwoman of Plymouth magistrates.
Clarke was given a four month suspended jail sentence and was told to do 120 hours of community work. He admitted to driving whilst disqualified, failing to stop for police and not carrying a passenger on a proper seat.
