Step by step guide to mini moto clutch drum replacement.
You will need a crank case splitter tool.
Remove the sprocket and cir-clip (if fitted), piggyback the crankcase splitter onto the clutch housing and secure to each other with 2 long bolts.
Wind in the large bolt fitted to the crank case splitter tool and then hopefully the clutch drum should just simply pop out, without banging it out with a hammer and socket set.
To refit is easy as it is the opposite of the above. Sometimes the large bolt when fully tightened is not long enough, pack out the space with an old socket bit.
