Here is a step by step guide to removing the clutch of a mini moto. (You will need a clutch removal tool)
Step 1: On most mini motos you will need to start by removing the fairing of the bike and the chain.
Step 2: you will now need to remove the clutch housing and install the clutch holding plate.
Step 3: You need to take off the nut at the centre of the clutch setup, this should be a 13mm socket.
Step 4: You need to now insert the clutch removal tool and insert a 5mm hex tool to spin the centre of the tool.
Step 6: The clutch should now pop out and you are free to do ass you wish with it. To put the clutch back in you need to put the clutch assembly back onto the crank and tighten the holding nut.
