Here is a step by step guide to removing an engine of a mini moto.
Step 1: First of all if you have a liquid cooled mini moto you will need to drain the radiator of the bike. see mini moto radiator draining.
Step 2: You will now need to remove the engine mounting bolt with a 13mm wrench. To do this on the other side of the bike you will need to use a 13mm sprocket.
Step 3: I would now need to disconnect the carb from the intake. This is done so you can get to the second mounting bolt, once this has been disconnected you need to then remove the last mounting bolt.
Step 4: Once the bolt has been removed the wngine should drop out.
Step 5: If the bike is water cooled remove the first and second coolant hoses.
Step 6: The engine can now be pulled out from the bike.
You have now successfully removed the engine from your mini moto.
