A 17 year old youth is in hospital and fighting for his life after colliding with a land rover on his mini moto.
The teenager who collided with the vehicle in Killin (where the youth is from) suffered serious head and chest injuries. The male is currently in a critical condition in Glasgows southern general hospital following the accident last Sunday.
The lads injuries were extremely serious, so much so that he had to be air lifted from the scene and the main road through the high street in Killin was closed for several hours after the accident for police to do investigations at the scene.
Police are worried at the number of mini motos being used illegally and are issuing £200 pound fines if caught using the bikes illegally.
