The Home office are cracking down on the illegal use of mini motos as you probably already know.
They are doing this by crushing the vehicles if used illegally as well as giving points on your license (if you have one) and issuing fines.
The Home secretary is issuing owners and many other people whom these bikes may concern a leaflet showing the laws regarding mini motos and their use.
This is in order to make sure that everyone knows the law, this he hopes will stop people from riding the bikes illegally as many people do not know the law and therfore ride these bikes illegally.
