Below is a step by step guide to mini moto radiator draining.
Step 1: First of all the fairings will have to be removed in order to access the radiator.
Step 2: On most bikes you will need to remove the gas tank to access the overflow bottle. This could either be located under the petrol tank or in front of the controls.
Step 3: Remove the overflow bottle cap.
Step 4: Remove the radiator's vent bolt at the top corner of the radiator.
Step 5: Next remove the clip holding the radiator hose at the bottom corner of the radiator.
Step 6: You can now remove the hose and therefore can let the coolant drain into a cup.
Step 7: To ensure that all the coolant has been removed from the bike you need to tip it on its side and make sure that it has all gone, also you can spin the back wheel if necessary to get it all out.
Step 8: You can now reinstall the hose, vent bolt, overflow cap and gas tank if needed.
