A mini moto rider from edinburgh has been jailed after he was caught riding his ten year old sons mini moto around.
Gordon Grant was already disqualified until 2013 when he was caught riding the 39cc mini moto.
Mr Grant, aged 27, pleaded guilty to riding whilst disqualified and without insurance in court.
Grant was jailed for 3 months, given a further two year ban and fined £300.
