I thought I'd just put a small post on here about mini moto safety, this is extremely important in my eyes as these little bikes are more dangerous then most and need to be taken seriously.
Firstly I would like to say, these bikes should only be ridden on private ground where you have the permission to ride.
Secondly you should get all the right protective gear, this will include:
-helmet - This should be a full face helmet, preferably a certified motorcycle helmet.
-pads - You should wear knee pads or sliders and shoulder pads at all times, for extra precautions other pads such as shoulder and wrist pads may also be worn
- Leathers - Leathers or protectove clothing should be worn, this can be motorcycle clothing, however now mini moto clothing is readily available and designed for the small bikes.
If you want to race the bikes then this will be required at most tracks and even if you are not racing in competitions it is vital you look after yoursekf and protect yourself properly.
