A mini moto rider was caught carrying a child on the back of the miniature motorcycle.
Mark anthony Hansom, 18 was caught riding dangerously with the child on the back of the mini moto travelling along a Holywell estate. He was given a 12 month ban from driving as well as having to resit his test as an atended test.
At Flintshire Magistrates Court Hansom, of Moorfields, Holywell, was also placed on supervision for six months on condition he attends an enhanced thinking skills course. He must also pay £150 costs.
He admitted to dangerous driving, as well as driving without insurance and obstructing police as he initially gave a false name.
CCTV captured Hansom driving dangerously, he originally pleaded not guily but changed his plea to guilty when the CCTV footage was shown.
