Kingswinford residents were given a shock recently when a man wearing nothing but shoes, socks and a crash helmet rode around the town on his mini moto.
The rider was caught on video and this video was made popular by the vast growing cult website youtube.com, which shows a 30 second clip of the rider on his mini bike weaving in and out of traffic down summer hill, then turning right onto market street.
Local councillor Dave Tyler was not very impressed however and said that this gave off a negative image for Kingswinford, however Police spokesman Steve Garey has said they can not do any investigations into this until they receive a complaint.
