An MP has drafted a new bill which says that all off road bikes should be registered and display a number plate.
Graham Stringer believes that all off road bikes should be registered ion order to ensure they are legal and display number plates, this even includes moto GP race bikes!
The bill, which gets its second reading on March 2nd, 2007 is mainly aimed at anti social mini moto riders who use their bikes illegally.
