A woman from Jacksonville Florida has been arrested with a hit and run death incident on a 14 year old boy.
Kizzy James turned herself into police after a warrant was issued, she now has her first court appearance on Thursday.
Police say that james struck and killed 14 year old David Durden as he rode his pocket bike down Atlantic Boulevard last March.
The Police have reported then Durden was the 'driver at fault' and his death can only be blamed on himself. Police have said that Durden crossed infront of James' car and therefore is at fault for the incident.
Durden was a popular student and attended Terry Parker High School.
