George Franklin (22), the man charged with causing the death of three year old Abbie perrin apologised when he appeared in Court.
Abbie was being carried on the tank of the off road mini moto when it collided with a pick up truck.
When Franklin entered the court, he had a noticable limp, and did not enter a plea.
Franklin only had to confirm his details in the 2 minute court meeting but his lawyer spoke on behalf of Franklin who he said wanted to apologise for a 'tragic set of circumstances he did not intend to happen'.
