A 15 year old boy was badly injured when the mini moto he was riding collided with a car.
The youth ended up beneath a taxi at Aquamarine drive in Fartown. Afterwards he was taken to Huddersfield royal infirmary with a suspected broken leg. He was lucky to sustain more injuries as he was not wearing a helmet.
The taxi, a Skoda Octavia, was quite badly damaged due to the incident however the 56 year old driver was not injured.
This incident goes to show the dangers of riding mini motos.
