Mini moto use could cause home loss

In areas of England now if council tenants are caught using mini motos or acting anti socially they are risking eviction from their homes.

Residents of areas where illegal mini moto use is a problem are being asked to give information as to who are using these bikes illegally.

Chief Inspector Andy Standen has told us: 'Once the information has been gathered an action plan can be put into place where we wil proactively work in the communities, catch the offenders and if they do not have the correct paperwork the bikes will be seized and crushed with a zero tolerance to all mini moto offences. '
