A police community support officer was injured after a mini moto ran over his foot!
The accident occured at 8pm on Friday. The officer was investigating the illegal use of the mini motos on the Newbiggin Hall estate in Newcastle when a rider of a mini moto ran over his foot and then rode off.
A 19 year old man was later arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident and is now released on police bail.
