A 13 year old boy who fell off the back of a quad bike was abandoned by the rider.
The incident took place on the 22nd May along Wellesley Road, Methil, which led to the 13 year old being treated for leg injuries after the accident.
Police are searching for the rider of the quad bike and have said they are persuing positive lines of enquiry.
