A Teenager in Pinehurst who was given as ASBO for riding mini motos up and down the road is now banned from driving.
Shane Maslen, 19, was given as ASBO as he repeatedly rode a mini moto up and down the road which he lives without appropriate insurance, and without being on a road legal bike.
Maslen has now been banned from driving as he was caught again riding a 125cc aprilia motorcycle without insurance.
Maslen was in the back of a friends car when there was a collision and the youth got knocked the rider off of the aprilia bike.
Maslen picked the bike up and moved it but in doing so broke the law as he was not insured, even though he was just helping a friend who was hurt.
Maslen has been fined £200 and given a month driving ban for riding without insurance.
